Terrible terrible experience. Mr Bansal claims he is a wholesale provider but actually his rates are double the amount of what I found in Tughlaqabad later on and his material quality is so low - so outdated - so flimsy. He and his workers lie - I had an issue with the curved channel - which his worker put incorrectly and in waves instead of parallely and took full payment for after his shoddy job and assured me he will come back if there’s any issue. My curtains could not be hung and Mr Bansal did not send any of his workers to fix the issue. They made me wait for 18 days - saying that the worker would show up in morning, in the evening, next day … never showed up and then they stopped answering my calls altogether. I even offered to pay re-installation charges as well as conveyance fee but they just failed to respond. They give ZERO after-sale service. If you have any issue with their product then forget about receiving any help from them.

Never have I come across such a deceitful and unethical service provider.

Please save yourself from agony and losing money, and research further and opt for any other businessman and service provider.
